Appreciate your PM to me the other day, although I was not the Admin who edited your stuff.

HOWEVER......I have just now removed that most irritating animated flamebar gif off your sig, and I want you to keep it off, please.

Animated gifs distract from the reading experience and are irritating as hell. They clutter up the page while adding ZERO content and value to the discussion at hand. We wish to keep the look of FJRForum.com "clean and sanitary" and not turn it into another one of those incessantly irritating forums full of annoying, hopping, buzzy little animating gifs that are distracting to readers, etc.

Hope you understand. Besides, we make special dispensation for your animated Britney avatar , even though she is a whopping 1/2 Megabyte download that is being inflicted on our poor dial-up members. Cheers, mate.... --------------------
